Ive seen a couple people asking for ingredients. 1.75lb Lean ground beef 1 onion chopped 3 small bell peppers (red, orange & yellow) 2 jalapeños diced. Seeded and ribs removed 1TBS minced garlic 2 15oz cans of rinsed beans (your choice) 1 7oz can diced green chilies 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes with juice 2qts water 2 heaping TBS tomato powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp chili powder Salt and pepper to taste 1oz dry ranch dressing mix 1/4 cup taco sauce 2 tsp cumin 1/2lb uncooked pasta Garnish: Cheddar cheese Sour cream Cilantro Tortilla chips

I made this tonight for dinner and it's absolutely delicious! I tweaked it by using chicken instead of beef, black beans and spicy hot sauce. I also used a poblano instead of a bell pepper. Topped with cheese and plain greek yogurt. Yum!
