Tacp fun run

@egolden315 depends dude, all army guys need a TACP to assist with CAS, think of it this way all army units will need a TACP that meet their standards/mission. regular army grunts, 75th Rangers, SOF forces. if a TACP guy wants to get out of the regular infantry and move on to the spec ops side of the house he's gotta meet the standards and go through all the spec ops training... then he can roam around with the ODAs and SEALs and grow beards and what not.
