In what way did you mount it different to make it the full screen and not the circle view? Did you move the LR further or closer to to eye piece of the scope? I’ve been playing with mine and can’t get it to show the full screen.

Yes I did. Is that the only way to get it to appear full screen like that from your experience? From what I have understood, it was possible to mount it to get a full screen without zooming in?

@authenticalbertaadventures as far as our experience, you have to zoom in to get the circle to go away.

It came with one, I believe. I highly recommend getting at least one extra.

app wont stream, phone & device connected with blue light on, went on tactacam support I could not find a 1800 number. tried resetting, went trough my phone and ipad setting but no luck.

So the thing we figured out one time was that your location settings have to be set to precise location on your phone. See if that works.

Can you take still photographs or just video?
