I have one of these, bought it for use at AMS BH5. Was awesome to use, I didnt have any problem with it fitting under my boonie hat or airframe helm. Was worth the price to hear everything around me.

Bone conducting speakers. Do not work well when wet, in rain or while sweating. So they never really work well.

I used the Atlantic Signal Dominator bone conduction headset. When wet the vibrations don't really reach your inner ear so you will hear sound but not in a way you actually understand what is being said. To counter this you need to push the thing in to your head. Atlantic Signal now has a version with earplugs, probably to solve this problem. Making the bone conducting thing totally useless, It's just a gimmick imho. This Code Red is basically a copy of the Atlantic Signal Dominator.
