the best spartan charge in my opinoin is a riot shield and a stryfe with a 22 round worker mag if there are limited foam swords or no foam swords at all

Coop, you don't need to have back-up drums, you can just use one drum-mag. for the rapid-strike. Also there should just be a hardcore Nerf game-mode in which everything that you say is a joke because it will hurt someone if you take it seriously will actually be taken seriously because HARDCORE MAN!
