I love dirty jigs but tried the 6th sense ones this year and fell in love with their screw locks. They saved me so many trailers this year and has just as big or bigger selection of colors.

Not sure if you two have tried them or seen them yet, but z-man has a new grub trailer that can be used for jigs bed rigs and texas rigs as well called the goats. You should try them out especially for the bed rig since they have that same action as a rage craw or rage bug.

i've been having a lot of luck with the strike king denny brauer pro jigs with either the summer craw googan baits or rage rail watermelon red and the black and blue wirh the first section bit off. but i'm having an issue with hooking them.

My personal favorite jigs are the kast king rattling jig, and the Googan juicy jig. For heavy cover... If it IS needed, I'll go th the Thicc jig with a robot worm... ik but I slam 5+ pounders with that setup. But for numbers game, again rattling from Kast King, and Juicy from googan.

@@scotts8587 I'd like to have a good spinning rod with a backbone I fish deep clear water and it would help.me tremendously to have a spinning rod like this for micro jigs and even floating worm we tend to have to fish a floating worm 16 to 20ft and it's hard to throw a weightless worm and set the hook hard enough to get em good due to using a noodle rod

I would love yalls opinion. My significant other is building me out a new jig rod for Christmas. We are going with the St Croix Legend extreme. However, I am torn between the 7' MH and the 7'4"H. I am used to fishing the Dobyns Champion Extreme (743 & 744) and the Xtasy. I usually throw 3/8 and 1/2 80% of the time. Havent fished a St Croix so looking for comparison of action and power differences.
