I disagree about Musah - he's improved quite a bit from his Valencia days, where he would just regularly disappear whenever he was on the field. Especially in Conceicao's current system which is more of a man on man defense, he's not allowed to space out anymore. He really should try to play more as a defensive midfielder.

2 of Wolfsburg's goals were scored after Scally was taken out. The coach put in Lainer for more offense and it backfired (Lainer was responsible for at least one of the goals conceded after Scally was taken out). And Scally wasn't at fault for the 3 goals. Scally gave his usual performance. He played OK. He saw even less action as part of the offense this game than usual because Honorat was out. As for Gio Reyna, I think there are more issues with his game than just a lack of work rate and bad body language. He can play a bit one dimensionally. He wants to be a withdrawn playmaker without defensive duties. He doesn't seem to make attacking runs off the ball. He's good in tight spaces but he wants those tight space to come to him. He looks to pick up the ball relatively deep and provide a pass to another player making a cut. He's very talented with that part of his game, but it's not enough, IMO.
