The sicarus actually got almost all of its buffs right after the War Within and pistol rivens first came out. The secondary buff with all the other weapons just boosted the already high stats of it.

The Sonicor is my favorite cause I love controlling the room but also with off handing my Glaive Prime and since I have nice rivens for both one of my giggle all day tactics is ragdolling a mob into the air and throwing the Glaive thru them it's a massive evil cackle every single time. 8)

When I was new to the game I got myself a Euphona riven, it was one of the two (out of ~60 rivens) that was actually _NOT_ trash, and I cherished it like a newborn although, at that time, I had no idea just how powerful it was. _Unlike_ a newborn I accidentally sold the damn thing for like 500 dollarydoos. I _still_ have nightmares about it to this day -_-

VelociFaptor no, they are very forgiving. if you’ve ever played WoW and dealt with their CS for item-based losses, they’re that forgiving. (ie practically any fuckup you make isn’t permanent, save legit trading with another player)

VelociFaptor As long as you didn't trade it, they're fine with refunding you the riven at the cost of those credits you earned from it. A friend of mine accidentally sold a full prime set for credits (he was tired, he'd been up for 24 hrs) and immediately contacted support once he realized what he did and they gave him back all his parts and removed the credits he got for it. DE cares about player and their experiences playing the game, not the player's wallets.

I only have 3 best secondary until I forma more. 1. Akstileto prime - makes all assault rifle useless to me. Almost no downside. Fastest when killing single target high level highly armored units. 2. Atomos - fastest when killing group of enemies. 3. Euphona prime - fastest when killing toughest enemies in starchart. Good for eidolon hunts also.(1 & 2 can't compare to this usage that's why I got 3 best secondary)

Thank you for adding that point about Rivens. Rivens bring you to the highest power level so if you want to talk about the "best" of anything you have to talk about Rivens, anyone who is going to be min maxing will get rivens for their favorite weapons. The Dex Furis for example, with a good Riven, is one of the best if not THE best secondary in the game.

At MR 2 I gifted it to my grandson, daughter and her old man because of the weapon slot and installed Orokin Catalyst. Great starter weapon. When I got it I bought the blueprint for 20,000 credits.

I use the Torid so much that the Pox just seemed like a waste. End up using Staticor over the Pox. I think that's a big choice. Both are pretty even in completely different ways. I just found Radiation/Gas Staticor was more my style.

I use the zakti mainly because of the synergy with glaive prime (the introduction of p quickdraw also made it even more amazing), but as a regular weapon, I love vasto p and its ridiculous 5 dispo rivens. I also occasionally run with Mara Detron (great on my mag prime).

No Top 10 format here, but here's my list Secura Dual Cestra - These things are just beast, with a high Riven Disposition. Get Multishot and turn entire rooms into Bullet Hells. Cycron - Like Beams? Hate running out of Ammo? How about a gun that recharges it's own ammo, is entirely metallic and is a status monster? Bronco Prime. Single form. This thing hits like a truck, as good Status Chance, and with Melee 3.0 on the way, one handed Secondarys are going to be better than their Dual Variants, in my speculative opinion. Furis - Heals on Wheels. Get the Loka Augment for 20% Life Steal, mod for pure damage, Grofit. Hikou Prime - Sadly Vaulted, but mod this thing for Reload, Blast and Concealed Explosives and hey presto, you have a Carpet Bomber. Prisma Twin Gremlins - Baro just brought us these beauties, and boy do they perform. I much prefer them to Akstiletto Prime. Higher Riven Dispo too. Last but definitely not least, Twin Rogga. The sheer amount of Pain these things dish out is unreal. I get higher damage with these than my Vaykor Hek. They are just insane.

Twin Khomak is one of the best sustained DPS secondary without any other perks and they work pretty much like Kohm. Aksomati are pretty much better than ANY primary auto-fire rifle and I'd argue they are better then Akstilleto Prime. And I'd do an honorable mention to the Sonicor to ANY starting player, you can wreck pretty much 95% of below lvl 50 content with basic starting mods.

My personal favorite secondary is the Zakti and it is not for damage, i love this weapon because it is really good at spreading quick status effects and for a bit crowed control especially with the Fulmination mod. A perfect supplement for my high damage dealing primary weapons.

My personal favourites are Sonicor, (Ak)Lex Prime, Akbolto Prime and Telos Akbolto (Although, those two only because I like them, I feel like they are severly overshadowed by man others) and, of course, Twin Grakata. The funny thing about them is, one day I decided to punch a few Formas into them, just for da lulz to go maximum magaznie size and fire rate. The best part about that was: They acutally killed stuff. Once I started modding them properly for damage I felt like I ascended to true wisdom under our lord and saviour, Clem. May the Grakata guide your way and the Clem be with you.

I think i would have switched out the synoid gammacor for the pyrana prime and and the arca scisco for the lato vandal, but i have rivens for both of these so my opinion may be a little skewed :) keep up the good work!

Currently my favourite secondary is the Akbolto Prime. One mod is enough to push the thing past 100% Crit Rate, so I can focus more on boosting overall damage and a bit of status chance into the mix. I also gave it Viral damage to add a little extra pain by cutting the health in half. It's been an incredibly useful pair of guns to take with me on any mission, plus I think they just look awesome

Tysis with punchthrough and gas damage has become my number one. You can get a fair number of corrosive procs from any multi-shot, which amps up the gas damage, which you can mod for a ton of easily and have only two elements on it thanks to it's massive status chance, and the mechanics of gas just work so well with punchthrough and high status: firing into a crowd kills everything in it increadibly fast. Add in a 5 star riven disposition and you have a disgustingly strong gun

got a huge damage/multishot/cold riven for the Tysis yesterday. I played with it couple minutes, i feel the fire rate is kinda slow tho. I've been using the Hystrix like crazy so it's way different. Still going to forma it and try it. The dmg on the riven is like 250 % lol. Didn't even need to roll. Gift of the Lotus. Not too sure what to do with the build since im stuck with cold on the riven for now.

I got the Staticor a week ago and it made me want to use a secondary! I just normally use primary and didn’t see a point in using a secondary other than status. Staticor showed me that status is REALLY good on secondaries manly because of the multishot and shooting multiple projectiles.

I built the zakti because I loved the way it looked without looking into the stats at all . . . best decision ever! your list is great but flawed only by keeping the most fun weapon in the game as an 'honorable mention'

I can see your logo as a pistol and some kind of blade. Like a blade you hold by the handle and it goes across your fingers, and a pistol with a blade attached to the front going down and under some for a hack, slash, and bash fighting style.

Zakti, Vasto Prime, (hardest hitting crit secondary semi auto pistol in the game with the right riven) Pandero, Mara Detron, (full rad build is great for eidolon knee capping unleash your inner Tonya Harding! 100% status build rocks out for everything else.), Atamos, Sicarus Prime, Tysis, (I like it better than pox as a purpose built armor stripper myself) Secura Dual Cestra, (Pistol version of the Supra Vandal. Plus no ones else is likely to pick it.)Sancti Castana, (If you like the idea of setting traps and drawing enemies into them to blow up this bad boy is where it's at.)Pyrana (prime or regular).

pandero + magazine mods + one recoil mod + rift infinite ammo buff = a hell of a lot of fun machine pistol (the magazine mods arent necessary, but makes it feel a better so you dont have to click as often, so tis easier to stay in rhythm)

I really like projectile weapons in general, and always use the slug mode if I've got Euphona out. If I want a shotty, I'm using the Mara Detron, Strun Wraith, Kohm, or Tigris Prime. I finallly got the Boltor Prime with the recent unvaulting, and I'm using it all the time now (like I did with the Telos Boltor a few months ago). I just really like watching projectiles fall a bit after firing them, and Euphona's drop is so dramatic, you can occasionally hit enemies behind short obstacles without any punchthrough.

One of my favorite secondaries is purely because I got a decent riven for it. Which is my Vasto Prime, which looks beautiful and has a lot of damage, high status and a decent critical chance.

At least the pox got honorable mention. It's an excellent weapon that has gotten me out of many sticky situations. You can take the pox, and kill Grenieer gunners on a gun turret from the FRONT without having to flank him to have direct line of site on him. It also handles crowd control really really well. It does not have a lot of range at all. I use it for all kinds of missions, but for stealth missions it's king.

Go to secondary for me : Embolist. I got a riven for it with a big riv disposition bit its not needed. The syndicate mod gives you passive energy regen and viral proc, useful on a lot of frames and gamemodes (love it with energy drain warframes because the syndicate proc can still regen energy with a drain on). It shreds everything, has a lot of status and all... I Just love it and would highly recommand it to anyone who likes beam weapons.

My favorite sidearms are, in order of time spent 1. Akvasto (I _like_ revolvers. Besides, it's got decent damage, rate of fire, and accuracy.) 2. Pandero (It's the Pandero) 3. Aklex Prime (Slow reload, but lots of damage and crit) 4. Akmagnus (I have a good Riven. Besides, dual revolvers are fun) 5. Mara Detron (Fun shotgun pistol) 6. Akstiletto Prime (What? I had to. Status, crit, damage, reload...) 7. Euphona Prime (Worse shotgun than the Detron, but I like that you can go for crit _or_ massive status) 8. Kulstar (ROCKETS!) I haven't used the Arca Scisco, and though I do have an Atomos I just haven't used it very much. Honorable mention for my Prisma Angstrum because its rocket storm is funny to me, and the Hystrix because it's... it's _way_ more fun and useful than a 16-round machine pistol has any right to be.

When I first got the Sicarus Prime back in the day I loved the burst fire on that thing. And put multiple Forma in it. Sadly it fell behind the power creep, but I was so happy when DE revived it. Still hpoing the Acrid may make a comeback at some time, preferably with the Ogris. Trin with Acrid and Ogris anyone? Best Silenced rocket launcher in any game!
