If I may ask you one more question please, I am very confused between Rigi10, Tactra and Indian Malleable implant if budget and concealability is not an issue then which one to choose?? Patient mental condition: Patient is very much psychological impacted on realisation that he is not able to do satisfactory intercourse because of his current size and PME issue. One reason he wants to go with Tactra is due to its rigidity and bendability thinking he would get a better girth and he can bend his 🍆 as needed while doing intercourse but he also fears if with time the hinge stops performing the way it should then this surgery will be a disaster for him. I hope you can address this concern as well Dr Ashish 🙏🏽
