I’m 75 years (young) and do notice a significant difference in many aspects of my life and physicality - and all positive 👍. I am exceptionally active (weightlifting… mountain biking… golf… racquetball/squash… skiing… …). I have absolutely no negative side effects and only good things to report. 20 mg will fix your erections issues for about 3-5 days, but I usually get a thumping headache from the drop in blood pressure for about 3-4 days. Cool when it's play time, but not fun the rest of the time. It's too much at once. I've seen information that there are daily doses as low as 2.5 mg, but 5 mg was the general starting point.

I'm 60 and have been on TRT under a doctor's supervision for over 5 years. I recently switched doctors here in Florida to a hormone specialist who is an advocate of bioidentical testosterone pellets, surgically inserted. So, I did that. He also recommended 5mg Cialis daily, and mentioned the side benefits you mentioned in this video. I've never had (thankfully) blood pressure issues, and my PSA has always tested well (thankfully). So, i consider those benefits a bit of insurance from the Cialis....but for those of you older guys considering TRT + daily Cialis, i would definitely recommend it. My workouts are much more effective, the libido is "there" in good fashion daily once again, and the erections are well received by my lady. This video is right on the money.

Pulmonary HTN is the only time Cialis is used in actual int.medicine. Certainly not for systemic Hypertension (which he makes it sound like) bc of side effects, cost, and there are so many better options! In fact, it’s never even mentioned in the conversation but that doesn’t mean it’s not helpful for your CVS.

Also, taking it regularly (say for pumps or stupidly for BP) will make its acute effects on relieving ED much less pronounced. So basically, unless you have Pulm HTN (very serious condition) or need it to help your ED that night but not sure of when natural will call, don’t take it! It can also be dangerous for older gentlemen who may very well experience orthostatic hypOtention & fall/faint.

It can be dangerous. Cialis or Viagara should never be mix witn any nitriats such as citrulline since it have lower your BP to dangerous number. You will feel very sick if your bp goes too low. Dont do it

I believe arginine has to break down into citrulline and has a short half life of being a nitric oxide donor, cialis has a 36 hr half life 1 dose can last 2 days of continuous nitric oxide benefits, and it beats the hell out of arginine for pumps and sustained vascularity and nutrient delivery as a result, I was skeptical then tried it and never went back

Arginine has repeatedly been shown not to raise nitric oxide levels. It doesn’t matter what form of arginine it is it has routinely failed in most trials. Now if you combine arginine (or better yet L citrulline since L citrulline has been shown to increase plasma arginine levels better than oral arginine itself) and you combine it with either grapeseed extract or pine bark extract, you can effectively raise nitric oxide levels. There is at least one study showing that combination can increase erectile functioning. However, to answer your question, you will get better clinical results from oral PDE-5 inhibitors.

I'm in my 50s and in reasonably good shape. But in the last year or so I developed high blood pressure (after a bad bout of Covid). I now take medication for high BP. I also discovered that my T levels dropped dramatically after my bout with Covid and am now on TRT. Yes. I'm 27 been on trt since I was 24 and my doctor prescribed me cialis because my job is real physical sometimes. I do landscaping. I don't workout or anything just a normal guy who works and comes home. Try changed my life because I was soo low on testosterone when I first got tested.
