Tadka Dahi😍

As a South Indian who has almost eaten Dahi tadka in a healthy and tasty way almost every other day, I tell you that the oil is too much,just minimal amount of oil for this recipe and once the tadka is cooled down completely then you mix dahi. Never add dahi when its hot and never use salt in a dahi,it kills all the good bacteria dahi Produces.

You know what this is an amazing creation of tarka dahi butt try to use oil because when you use ghee it gets crystallized when it gets cold and feel grainy in mouth so use it will taste much better

You may use oil but not ghee. Ghee and curd should not be taken together. Also curd should not be heated up.

You should have let the tadka cool down n then added the curd to it or added the tadka to the curd. Entire curd has curdled! 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫
