I started again with Billy about 4 weeks ago and already see the changes in my body. His workouts encourage me to eat better as well. Under God and my family, I think he is the GREATEST because he really cares for our wellness!!! God Bless you, Billy!

I trained with him at his L.A. studio. I was part of his workout when he came to Calgary, AB in Canada. I always comeback to his workouts, they are truly the most effective for me. I have been doing this everyday for 2 months now. I feel great although most of the time I am sore (but worth it) 😁. Before Tae Bo, I wear size large shirt and now I can wear my medium size shirt. I don’t know how much weight I lost but my husband said he can tell the difference before and after. I don’t have plans on stopping this in the near future! This is good for us! I ate better I didn't eat any fried foods anymore and I try to stay away from Breads and pastas as much as I could and I worked out every day except on Sundays I was addicted to the workout

This was my go to DVD when I need a real good workout. It got lost in a flood. I looked it up randomly to see if I could buy it and BAM, an angel uploaded it on here. THANK GOD! This is the best workout I've ever done!

If your reading the comments trying to figure out if this works, the answer is ABSOLUTELY. Stick with it at least 4-5x a week. Modify your diet where necessary and drink plenty water. You gone be right in no time!

I lost like 15lbs about 10 years ago when I found one of my dads old VHS tapes. It was the Strength workout! Wish I could find that workout again. needless to say, with gyms closed, Billy is faithful - these workouts already have me down 6 lbs after 3 weeks of working out and good diet. Step Count: 4,500 / 2.7KM. First time I've tried Tae Bo. It's similar to the Taekwondo training I used to do in my heyday. Martial arts are the best way to keep fit, although I find step aerobics to be much more enjoyable. The beat in this workout is very fast, so it needs some practice to reach optimum performance. I think I'll start to include some of Billy Blanks' Tae Bo workouts from now on, at least once a week. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Brook for posting!! I did these workouts for years. Had the VHS tapes before the dvds. I took Karate for a couple of years, my teacher was a former kickboxer, and our classes were a lot of his workouts from kickboxing, they were similar to these. I regret going from these to "P90x", which resulted (partially)in a hip replacement last year. I never had ANY hip problems before that. These workouts are so much better. Love Billy's energy, he really brings a positivity to his workouts!! Love this!! Time to start doing them again!!!

I have type 2 diabetes when I tested my blood sugar earlier yesterday evening it was 180. I ate dinner took my medicine, and I did the exercise on Billy Blanks first Tae Bo video . Although it was only 26 minutes I felt like I did 40 minutes my legs were sore afterward. However when I tested my blood sugar this morning it went down from 180 all the way down to 122!!! It's probably water. Don't worry about weight as it fluctuates a lot daily. There's clearer signs of weight loss such as definition and fat loss.

Omg...I used to do his workouts in HS with my volleyball team and lost 40lbs doing a low carb diet and his workouts 3days a week during conditioning before season started ...I’ve been telling myself that I wanted to start tar I again and I’ve been well just too lazy to even search but finally did and I’m glad I did I’m starting tomorrow morning back with Billy. I just did this today and the sweat was RIDICULOUS. I'm going to try my BEST to do this every morning going forward.

I usually skip the beginning stretches to do 500 jacks and 60 sit ups and then get to the punches

I went through horrible health anxiety in 2019 and was always laying in bed which caused me to gain 9 to almost 10 pounds in one year started doing this in the summer 2020 and lost it now I am back to my original weight 😇 and my old jeans fit

OMG. I’ve done different Tae Bo videos before no problem, but this one... wow. I don’t have a resistance band, and I sure as heck didn’t need it. In fact I just paused it at 31 minutes to take a 3 minutes break. I will eventually get the band, but I definitely need to do this a bit more times til I do. Alrighty, now back to finish the last 14 minutes.
