This video was great to use as a guide. I slowed it down so I could study her every move

question, when you do your mountain block your arms are more out to the side. When I learned it I learned to keep the my arms more out in front. What is the reason for the arms to the front? I've seen it both ways but want to use a more uniform technique. Thanks

Some instructors have different reasons for how they teach the techniques, the way it’s done here is for competition

Balance is not proper, and leg movement isn't with hand movement. Very good presentation.

You must be a great poomsae player or referee , do you have any videos of you performing Keumgang? I’d love to see it 👍👍

@@FocusOnTaekwondo Unfortunately video cameras were not common at the time, but I was part of a very lauded demonstration team lead by a very great master. Don't get me wrong, I think this is a very good performance, but when something is good it is easier to spot very small errors, such as if a room is very clean it is easy to spot the smallest of dirt.

@@ReddFoxx1562 I understand - the girl in the video damaged her ankle ligaments about 1month before this but she powered through the pain to perform the poomsae for me and my channel before going back to Korea for graduation. Typical Korean she was determined to do her best - I’m glad you thought it was very good , thank you for your comments

@@FocusOnTaekwondo That's very impressive! I remember learning how to have a relationship with pain like that; I feel it would be impossible to teach in America like that these days! Congratulations to her fortitude.
