lol, yah, my home office/computer studio has low ceilings. hence few to no jumping techniques lol

So far watched part of this tutorial, my Taekwondo class is coming soon so I have to leave. I'll pick this up later. I've been in Taekwondo since April, have not been taught jump kicks as yet. Balance/flexibility is difficult for me especially on repeating kicks and height of kicks. do you have any advice?

definitely. drill the technique cheating so that you are in the final pivoted kick position. Build your core strength and balance there. Then going into the kick you will snap to where you need to be. Check out my White/Yellow belt tutorial.

@@SimonScher I'll do that thanks, working on step reverse kicks now in class getting ready for sparring. I'll check out your videos tomorrow. Balance is a issue due to eyes. I have issues pivoting unless I hop. I do a core workout 4 times a week
