Heya . im not sure if i'm to late to comment on this but i'm curious whether not being in itf or wtf in TaeKwon do with point scoring wise like u get more for flying. so with keeping ur back foot on the ground doesnt seem to always get the job done when chasing down an opponent .So like lifting the back back foot up can create movement going forward to chase . So in general wont it work both ways in the genral sense of sparring in a tournament ??
