TGISunday❤ The variations of this kick can be very unexpected against an opponent especially none kickers, which makes it effective and highly undervalued. Perhaps needing that extra amount of flexibility has been the reason why it isn't often used or seen as compared to most other kicks as it also takes a bit of a knack to make it work. I remember 1976 at one of my testings we had another student who did an incredible jump twist kick break. He put on this spectacular break because the guest of honor at our test was General Chou Hong Hi, the founder of modern Taekwon-do.

Awesome C I have your old rock solid kicks the strecthing and kicking i think this kick is on that dvd I still do those exercisesd on that DVD and My kicks and condioning have gotten better and more control. I still do those drills
