Not a mention that Newport beat Wrexham 2013 due to a Euro lottery winner. Very bitter. Wrong about Hartlypool, although they were under consideration. We would be still National league without Ryan and Rob, but so would you without your previous owner winning the Euro lottery.

Our lottery winner put in less than a million which in fairness is peanuts compared to what the Hollywood guys are putting into Wrexham and we're actually paying over £300k back to him so not so much of a " sugar daddy " as yours.

Prior to R&R & prior to Trust Ownership, our previous owners were more interested in feathering their own nests & taking money out of the club as opposed to contributing anything. I went to the Wembley game, and of course, we were devastated by the result. Both teams wanted to go up and County had that bit of luck on the day along with Justin Edinburgh getting his game plan spot on. Ironically, if we had won that match, R&R may not have been so interested in us. Anyway, all water under the bridge now. Nice to see 4 Welsh teams in the EFL again and as long as it doesn't impact us, very happy to see Newport & all the other Welsh teams flourishing.

They are a horrible bunch. They always have been. It seems their large hooligan element of the 70s,80s etc has been replaced by a smug, self centred arrogance usually associated with another red shirted club about 25 miles away. When they played at our place in September I listened some of them. who probably only started going 2 years ago, going on about the next time they play on Merseyside it with be at Anfield in the PL. Unbelievable. I used to have a lot of time for Wrexham and the way the fans rallied around to keep them going during the bad time when they had a succession of bad owners and would have welcomed them back in the FL for the excitement of what is for us a local(ish) derby, but now I can`t stand them and to be honest I`ll be happy for them to go up so I never have to listen to their constant crowing about how much money they have got.
