SubhanAllah ... Wow! Uztadz! Alhamdulillah ... This is my second attempt at learning the messages in this surah An Nas. I did not realise there is so much to learn and I've been trying to find the true meaning of this surah when I first started praying. Now, this is only the first part of the explanation of the Surah An Nas with brilliant lights shining through ... SubhanAllah. No wonder there was always so much "was-was" before. This Master and Servant relationships have plagued my life since adulthood and only now that I've realised the comprehensiveness of the matter by understanding this tafseer ... SubhanAllah. Looking forward to the 2nd part ... InsyaAllah 💖 JazakAllahu Khairan Kathira Uztadz Nouman Ali Khan ✔❤✔

About the beginning, I've heard a saying: The one who speaks/teaches is responsible giving the sufficent proof. Which I think is true, but often is forgotten that the one who learns/listens is responsible of choosing the level of proof s/he demands... That it maches all the sources.

Last thing, hasad , of all creation, iblees is most jealous, and the next surah is dedicated to protect us from the one who's most jealous Iblees is the source of jealousy, he it's wasawasa, the inward source Evil that makes thier way inside of our selves is discussed in surah naas, and outside in surah falaq Surah falaq, the responsiblity is on criminals, but in surah naas, we can choose to act on shaitan's waswasa or not, the responsiblity is on us In Surah falaq, the harms discussed harms our dunya but in surah naas the harms discussed it harms our deen, akhirah so that is why we call on Allah 3 times as much in naas . 3 musta'as bihi, one musta'az minhu (sharr) Qul: apni be basi kehna, humble krna Naas, Allah could have said skies and Earth, but it's the people who need protection not SKIES and EARTH Absolute owner, rabbul bait (owner of house) but Malik and rabb is diff, Rab also means the one who has: complete authority (you. Have to have driver license even if are its owner), the one who does takes care of (it's possible that we have ownership, authority but we don't take care of it but Allah does all), grants gift (he doesn't give us anything that is his duty but rather he gives us gift), all qayyim : the one ensuring the existence of the subject ( so we are alive because Allah wants us to) When Allah introduced himself to hazrat muhammad (surah alaq) and hazrat Musa , he mentioned rabb first and even us, in Quran in surah fatihah the first word for Allah is rabb Phycological progression The 1st problem, parent or rabb the one who is taking care of u Bigger problem, Malik gov Bigger problem, illah (Allah) And Allah is telling us that all these, your rabb, your Malik and your illah is Allah, from the most basic and the highest needs ,you turn to Allah for every need 36:44 More to less, Rab: the one who takes care of u, ( in society it could be many) Malik: for 1 society there is only one , but if we see i. Worldy range,we have many societies Illah:its only one and it can't be used in worldy sense Opposite for people (less to more After shaitaan its firoon who did takabur He mentioned himself as rabb He said aren't these rivers flow beneath and only i am the king of misr He called himself illah, ma alimtu lakum min illahin gairi That's what the waswasa of shaitan can lead to, that you started calling your self illah Today people declare themselves their own king , thier own illah, I am my own king 'do you see the one that takes thier own desires and turn them into illah' we all have a mini firoon inside of us We don't need to have huge castles to become a mini firoon, but the concept of who that is crushed in the start of this surah, to declare that we need Allah's help and protection Naas: nisyaan, forgets ( shaitan can make us forget for some time ) and we are asking for Allah's refuge from shaitaan Rab doesn't include maaalik, and next ayah includes Malik and then in 3rd ayah, the only one who can be rabba ND maaalik at the same time is illah ,, that's Allah 48:44 Illah means worthy of worship and worthy of obedience Ibadah, 5 times a day But in between those prayer we obey Allah Anger is a manifestation of anger, thats why when we are angey we are suppoed to say ta'ooz

one question for brother NAK, at 11.48 brother NAK used the word from ayath102 of surah baqra for angels which was actually used for shiateen in ayath 102, its no where mentioned that angels taught the nation the magic, they were teaching some other ilm not the magic because magician use shirkia kalaam in thier work...wallahu alam, Please correct me if I am wrong..
@ninakhalid1617 жыл бұрын
mohammed Ahmed What ever ilm they thought was not for good , simply they were sent to test Muslims
@ninakhalid1617 жыл бұрын
mohammed Ahmed it is clearly maintained after that sentence where the sulaimaan (AS) and shaitan is talked about that these two angels were sent to teach magic but they have to tell people that it's a wrong path don't follow it. Read that ayah again with attention in sh Allah you will get cleared about it
@mdirfanin7 жыл бұрын
agree with you but this ilm was not mentioned in Quran as magic, this word do not suit for angels, Ilm is ilm this could be used for the purpose of harming others or doing good for others but magic is is different because magician use shirkia kalaam in thier work, wallahu alam
@ninakhalid1617 жыл бұрын
mohammed Ahmed Which word was used then ?
@MasterBlader196 жыл бұрын
There are quite a few uttering's or strange words with strange effects which do not invoke shayateen or any other Gods , but they may have effect of some kind... so the angels could have taught that magic to people also warning them that this path will lead to wrong. since they will attribute the power to magic itself instead of Allah.

52:31 ⚫⚫surah naas relation with surah falak⚫⚫ The last verse of surah falak is seeking protection fron the one who acts out his jelousy, and this surah deals with the sharr of the one who is the most jelous , shaitaan , so its a logical progression -surah falak is about the evils of outside world, and evils of the inside world is in surah naas, -in Surah falak, the criminals kr the responsibility goes to the criminaks , in surah naas the responsibility goes to ys ⚫⚫two parts of this surah⚫⚫ The one you are protection of is mustad bihi (upto 3 ayahs (of allah)) The one we are seeing ptotection from mustaad minhu (from 4 ayah) ⚫⚫Verse 1⚫⚫ 🔴Qul :Same as surah falak🔴 🔴Auzu: same as surah falak🔴 🔴rab🔴 -Rab means absolute honour -Another word for ownership is malik and malak, so why allah didnt use them? Itz bcz rab consist of meanjng of malik and malek and lots of other meaning too -rab means ro have full authority with having full ownership, -rab includes the meaning of murabbi, which means to take care, tarbiyat, to make sure someothing is growing, -the one who takes care of (murrabi) -the one who uses simething for proper use , guides it -it alsi means the one who grants gifts, , allah doesnt own us anything, so all that he gives us is gift -it means al qayyim, the one ensuring the existence of the subject ( the person who takes care of the tree, and of he doesnt take care of that tree for ine day ut will die, so he is ensuring the trees exustney, thats called qayyim) ⚫⚫Why repetion of word naas⚫⚫ 🔴 Physiological progression🔴 One of the first recoganization a child has is that someone has a tarbiyah over them, someone is taking care of them, just like a slave who goes to his master , the child goes to thier parents (rabb) but then there is a problem thats so big you have to go to the government (malik) but then if alll fails we put it in the hands if allah (ilah) so allah is teaching us that even from the first step , without going ti a higher authority (parent etc) we shoukd go to allah , he is our rab, our malik and Our ilah ⚫⚫Progression from more to less (rabb)⚫⚫ 🔴Rabb means that soemone who takes care of you, protects you, there can be many rabb, mother father sister and etc 🔴Going further, one society has one king , malik , but there are a lot of socities who got thier kings, 🔴Going forward, thier can only be one ilah, ⚫⚫Progression of less to more (nass⚫⚫ 🔴Rabun naas is a smaller group 🔴Malikin naas is a bit larger group 🔴Illahin naas is the largest group with respect to people ⚫⚫Symmetry of quran⚫⚫ The quran starts with auzu billah hi minashaitaanirajeem .. to take refuge of allah from shaitaan , and it ends with surah naas which is taking refuge of allah from shaitan ⚫⚫Relationship of shaitaan and firoon⚫⚫ -In surah naas, allah mentioned three of his names, rab , malik and illah, -After shaitan comes firon according to quran, -firoon declared that 'Im rabb' (biggest waswasa of shaitan) Dont i own the kingdom of misr, dint these rivers flow beneath, (he said) He also said , my generals listen up, i dont know amy illlah for you except me, -Shaitan himself had the biggest problem of arrogance, and the worst waswasa he can put in humans is arrogance, and the best example of this worst waswasa is firoon, we can turn into 'mini' firoon, we make our self illah, our desries etc ⚫⚫ Relationship between forgetfullness and waswasa of shaitan⚫⚫ 🔴One of the root word of naas is nisiyaan, which means forgetfulness, humans are called nas cuz we forget , (the importance of something or etc), Shaitaan makes us forget, he makes us forget that allah is our master, for one day, for one 1 sec, (for example when we raises our eyes and look to non mehram, we forget that allah is our rabb), 🔴So part of the lesson of this surah is that we are asking allah to not to be one of those who forget , (waswasa if shaitaan also means that he makes us forget, its one of his waswasa) 🔴To overcome this, we should remember allah much ⚫⚫Rab,malik , illah⚫⚫ rabb (used in first ayah) includes the meaning of maaik but it doesnt include the meaning of malik, malik is used in second ayah and illah is used in the third ayah which includes both the meaning of rabb and malik, so it's a result of first and second ayah, the only one who can be both rabb and malik at the same time is allah, our illah ⚫⚫meaning of word illah ⚫⚫ illah comes from the word aleeha which means -to constantly stick to something -to be obsessed with someone -the who should be worshipped AND obeyed (it consists of both these meaning cuz sometimes we worship allah (in nmaz and prayer times) and other times of the day we have to obey allah) When humans become forgetfull or gafil, shaitaan enters his waswasa into him, and when the human remmebers allah, shaitaan takes a step back.. ⚫⚫Verse 4⚫⚫ Shuataan place himself right above the heart of children of adam When a humans being become "Saha" lacks a days ago ,careless And gafil become heedles shaytaan outs was wasa in his heart And when a human become "khannasa "(remmeber Allah) Shaytaan takes a step back And he Never stops. Was wa sil khannas Never takes a break .he is working hard and we have to fight back harder . Shaytaan makes u angry to put ego and arrogance in em . So when u see a person angry recite نعوذتسمیہ .be wise to detect shaytaan . ⚫⚫BEST TRAP OF SHAYTAAN⚫⚫ :Was wasa in our minds against Muhammad p.b.u.h Its easy to believe angels being greater than us Its easy ro believe GOD being grater than us But prophets are humans . Like kuffar refused to belive in ALLAH as they said ,why did not allah send angels as rasool? A human like us? Kuffar had ego. Seeing someone like you having authority over you is called ego. Shaytaan's first attack to our tawheed is sending was wasa about Muhammad p.b.u.h.

Not believing in Hadith is not over simplification of the religion - God’s word (Quran) is that simple. The issue is that God says He gives guidance and that the understanding of His word is not the same for every person but traditional Muslims choose to ignore this and give more credence to Hadith. Doesn’t matter that you have several people of good standing agreeing that something was what Mohamed said or did - majority does not make conjecture the truth. The word of God is the truth and that should be the guide. For me, it’s simple - Mohamed followed the Quran, he was a means of delivery of the word of God and God clearly says it is not for him to give guidance So why should we follow him when we still have the authentic and protected word of God. You would only believe Hadith if you gave less importance to the word of God and more to the heresy of men (of whatever piety) - they are just men. God is the Almighty.
@tasneemqasem14305 жыл бұрын
Sooty&Spark Hadith is an interpretation of the Quran. For example the Quran tells us to pray. However it does not explain to us how to pray...who did? Prophet Muhammad. That’s why we must follow both the Quran and Muhammad Peace be Upon Him. :)

At 7:00 minutes - there is no contradiction in these verses whatsoever. One is the ethics of Dawah and the other the principle of war when the enemy has broken a treaty. How can you conflate the two? I’m not a scholar and don’t believe in Hadith (which are man made irrespective of the authenticity) but let the word of God (which is guaranteed as authentic by Him). I think for myself, reflect and ponder - just like the Quran tells me to. Plus the Quran will answer questions if you are confused but if not then God tells you to not deduce something that is not there. I’m sorry but this is very irresponsible preaching. Please don’t mislead people.

Assalam alaikum. Dear Brother/sister. I am not a scholar either nor i know all of the hadith narrations. But what Ustadh noman is trying to say is that many people contradict these two verses and attack the Quran. so, we need to understand the context of the revelation which says have mercy, be patient, be kind, dont fight with the mushrikeen (about 140 places in the Quran) and in Surah TAuba "kill the mushrikeen wherever you find them" Explanation: we find from the life of the prophet.s that The ayah in surah tauba was revealed after a decade of peaceful invitation to Islam when finally Makkah was conquered by muslims. And these orders in Surah tauba was only applicable TEMPORARILY to Quraish of those times. Also, the Quraish were given a time of 4 months to think over accepting Islam and huge crowds of people accepted Islam at this instance. Hope it is clear to you now
