According to the contents of those three things that you learned , I do believe that you did learn something at the boarding school. Furthermore it’s quite impressed that those contents were generated from such a young girl at your age. Whether you are a risk taker or not, it depends on how you define “risk “. If you analyze the situation (risk, uncertainty, etc) as fully as possible in advance which might give you some advantage when you dealing difficult things or making tough decisions in the future. All in all, you did great and keep that way in the coming semester.

Can I ask about the difference between day and boarding students at Taft? Are the day students fully integrated or is there a divide?

One thing I love about Taft is that you can barely tell if someone is a boarder or a day student! Day students are definitely fully integrated into the school community.
