Tag Heuer Aquaracer 41 mm Caliber 5 White Dial - 6 months later review and thoughts

the point about the edge is bang on. I also noticed the lugs has small dings due to strap change. This happens very quickly on aquaracer. I have the Calibre 5 on ceramic and when changing straps, the edge litteraly gets scratches easily which is annoying. I also have complaints on the movement winding. Overall very satisfied .

Sweet watch. I have the same one with black dial black bezel that I've had for about 2 years. Some of TAGs designs are questionable but I think they hit a home run with this one.

I have the black also and it's beautiful and highly highly accurate. No sharp edges either

Yeah mine has sharp lines/edges. I know some brands pride themselves in getting their lines clean and sharp. I know Omega has some sharp edges as well. So much so that Rob lightly sanded down some hot spots. If they are too rounded its like they are blurred and not as pronounced. Its subjective I guess. I prefer them sharp and clean.

Interesting, I have same issue with sharp edges on aqua racer but now you put my mind to rest informing me about Omega having them. Just checked my old , very old Omega constellation and yes case edges by strap are in fact quite pointed still after over 40 years! (Was my father’s watch) Cheers, Don in Central London.

Mine runs -2 seconds a day when worn or if not worn every day it runs +4 per day. So if daily worn for 7 days I get -14 seconds per week! TAG Heuer doesn't get enough love because it's astunning watch in person. Slightly flashy in sunlight and fit and finish are first rate.

This particular one I got for around $1500. However the 41 mm are harder to find compare to the 43 mm. It retails for over 2k I believe. Thanks for watching and subbing !!
