Thank you for the nice review. 👍 I have this watch and I really like it, however I rarely wear it because I'm afraid of the paint peeling off the zinc alloy case. The movement is an LD53 which is a copy of the VD53 quartz of Seiko (mostly built into Lorus). The movement manufacturer is Langexin. The most perfect homage in this style is the Lorus RM369FX9 with stainless steel and 100m WR, but its ~5 times more expensive.

The manufacturer is Shenzen-Meigeer Watch Company Ltd., was founded in 1997. They are manufacturing the fashion Guess watches, too. One of their sub-brand is Sanda: you can find this "Monaco" watch as Sanda 5311, 100% the same with the Langexin LD53 quartz (witch is a copy of the good old Seiko VD53).

Jeff, I noticed both the dial orange second hand and the small silver sub dial second hand were in sync. Is that something that happened with effort, or is that the way the watch chrono seconds sync or was that just organic? Nice review as usual.

Thanks for the this review. Saw this on Amazon and was tempted but a couple of good points you made makes me reconsider. I have a the same size wrist as yours so its too big and also the seconds hand as you said kinda ruins the look.
