Filipinos Love Hot Dogs for Breakfast

We dropped our laundry off with a nanay (affectionate term meaning "mom") in Barangay Rembo the prior day and now we go to pick it up while also grabbing some breakfast of nilagan itlog (hard boiled egg), rice, and hot dogs!

Change is not barya it's called "sukli" while loose-change is called "barya", say "takal" means one cup rice (the standard rice serving) and to-go you say "balot" while dine-in is "kain or kain dito", monster in Filipino is "halimaw" if you did not know. 😉

6:20 extrajoss ang pinaka common na sugarfree energy drink sa Pinas. Yung nasa sachet ang bilhin mo huwag ang nasa bote kasi may added sugar yon. Bili ka na lang ng bottled water tapos timplahin mo 1 sachet to 350ml water. Mura lang ang extrajoss 6 sachet around ₱55. Masarap pa lasang mountain dew.

Yeah, right! The drivers there are the most skilled ones but when they come here to the US, they can't even drive on the fast moving traffic on the freeway. Take my brother in law for an example. He uses the back roads when he goes to work.
