Yung masasarap na gulay na lutong pinoy - chop suy, laing, pakbet, monngo, sinigang (kangkong), kare-kare na maraming gulay, adobong sitaw. Para po balanse din ang kinakain. Ingat lagi. Hi Kurt. Haven’t been home in more than a decade. I used to love going to dives and holes in the wall. One tip to find a good carenderia is ask a cab driver. Any place packed with taxi cabs is a gem. There’s this bulalo place in Evangelista Street in Makati and the famous Sisig “Jollijeep” on Rada Street (also in Makati). Kain na!

hey kurt, how's it going, man? lovin the vids. something just struck me to ask when you mentioned something like people get up early and start doing their thing, hustlin' and bustlin'... yet i hear a lot of westerners say locals are more laid-back, and in the west, particularly in the US, it' go, go, go... fast paced. do you mind giving your thoughts on that? Sneeze = Bahing (Tagalog), Atsing (Tagalog slang i guess) Liempo = fried or roasted pork belly Silog = Si for sinangag (fried garlic rice), Log for itlog (egg) Hearty Meal = no direct translation, but i think "masarap or ang sarap" would best describe it.

Omg you became a Filipino because of your intonations and mannerisms is so Filipino. I suggest you tell them your grandma is filipino. I met a guy i thought he's full White. His skin, green eyes and his hair wasn't black color. He looks totally pure White. He only have one fourth filipino. A lot of Filipino probably would be surprised. I guess at the end of your conversatons you have to tell the truth. The Syrian vlogger is fluent in his tagalog compare to you, but you beat him in your intonstions and mannerisms. I used to meet a White guy who lives in philippines who speak so good in his Tagalog. He stayed in philippines around 20 yrs. I would say he was the best ive heard. His fluency was amazing and perfect
