That's because she is part Samoan. Her family tree starts from a Tongan King named Moungatonga & Samoan daughter of Samoan chief Malietoa which started the Samoan Clan Sisi Uli. Empire called Ha'a Tu'i Kanokupolu

Thank you very much Tangata Pasifika. This video is very touching. Her Late Majesty Queen Salote III has inspired me with her art of poetry. Her vocabulary and Metaphors, symbolic in society, inspires me to compose poetry. The photographs and montages of Her Late Majesty clearly appeals to us what type of person she was and her nature.
