Wow, Kaitlyn! Nice shooting. Congratulations!! What type of shot did you use in the 20 gauge? I just tested out some TSS at 40 and 50 yards, out of my 20 gauge Benelli M2 Field. Patterns were very good on turkey head targets. Hope to find out, here in PA, starting May 4.

Texas has nice turkeys and whitetail deers .. but further south you go, the harder you find them in Texas or Rio Grande areas .. but to me, turkey south Texas has different taste to them too. Comparing to Oklahoma or Kansas from my experience with whitetail deer/turkeys ..

Wow...do he's just gonna pretent he speaks German and you fall for it? First of all, "Huhn" is German for "hen", not rooster! Secondly, whatever he tries to pronounce there is not the German word for Turkey! A male turkey/gobbler in German is "Truthahn"("troothon") . A turkey hen is called a "Pute" ("pootah") or - rather seldomly - "Truthuhn" ("troothoohn"). So I don't know who this guy is, but as a German, this is your first video that actually pisses me off. And that after just 60 seconds... 🤦🏼

Surprisingly they roost in the short mesquite and oak trees. Nothing out there is very tall so they have to use what is there. That's why roost areas are so limited
