Actually in that beautifully sung song by Malika pukhraj ji and her daughter, like it says- sare kane russi russi bonda ( means he gets Offended (ruthna in Hindi) with me) kanne bansi bajonda means plays the flute along with, then bajre di rutti badi badi mutti ae khane ki dinda dinda means the Bajra roti( as bajra is staple for many in hills of Jammu) is very thick So the protagonist in the song is telling these things probably in complaining mode.

Oh my god..I have sung this lovely song in my school days .It was a group song I was the lead girl did lot of alaaps too in between the song.. and got Ist position for this song for KV Nasirabad regional round held in Jaipur .. I think it was 1997 only..mesmerised..
