great effort! congratulations on the finish. How did you prepare for this race?

Thanks! Did some longer efforts on mtb prior to this and tried to eat on bike as much as I could.

I think it's very personal how you should adjust your pace. For me the best result is to start slowly and increase the effort after Tuulivaara. This year it didn't work, I was empty already when the hard part started.
