Looks great! Quick question, what does "Competition lead" do? Sounds like an interesting role

I'd be happy to answer! Over the years that the role has existed, each comp lead has taken it in a different way from the previous. What I have done with the position over this past year and what I will be doing for next season is managing how we run our competitions in a director sense (The role can also sometimes be called the "Director of Competitions"). I was basically the guy who would be able to answer any sort of question regarding the team and robot, from both our members and other teams. I would create our shift schedule for each role used in our competition, such as who would be doing scouting and pits, as well as helping decide the Pit Boss and other important roles. During the comp, I am mainly used in pits, and the drive team, but also helped with scouting and even a bit in both media and impact. The general description is that I am both managing each competition and a wildcard player who can substantially help any certain group during the competition.
