May i know, 2 knot or 4 knot is better for 28lbs?for 100zz 3u. What you recommended for me?
@BG4YOU3 жыл бұрын
@Douglas DC, the "4 Knots" method is easy to work with and has the advantage of less twisting of the strings, while the "2 Knots" method has the advantage of less tension loss and less string consumption. (When using roll string) There is no big difference between the "4 Knots" method and the "2 Knots" method, but I think the "2 notes" method is better if you can start stringing in the center of the racket and stringing without twisting the strings. Tension loss is inevitable during the knotting process. When you tie the knot and press the string, you feel the looseness. However, you should avoid the "two notes" method linked below. Apparently stringing less crosses at the bottom decreases air resistance on the swing because air gets caught closer to the T-joint. But having extra crosses near the top for mis-hit protection doesn't affect this. :O

In my country ( indonesia ) almost all players use 4knot.. I use it since long time ago. But thanks for support every amateur badminton players that didn't know about 4knot.. Nice video dude..

Thanks for your comment. :) Indonesia is an advanced badminton country. In our country (South Korea), the 4 knot method has been gradually known recently, but there are still more users who do not know the importance of stringing.

2 knots and 4 knots have their own pros & cons. Also really depends on different racket models. Personally I feel that 2 knots (VIC-Man) gives me more concentrated feel at the sweet spot and tension holding is longer. For rackets that have larger frame size, I would recommend to go with 4 knots (Yonex), as it creates a stiffer string bed, therefore eliminates the tension loss on bigger frames.
@kennethiu27752 жыл бұрын
@Odagaon Badminton Association I have never tried the Li Ning Combat before, but in my previous experience, Li Ning racket frame is not quite solid, so I had to do tension adjustment for the top and bottom of the frame.

@Odagaon Badminton Association Just like what I have mentioned in previous comment, I have never tried Li Ning Combat , so I cannot provide the recommendation whether to do TTY method or not. Thx

If you don't use any special features and just focus on stringing, it takes about 20 minutes. But I am not trying to get things fast. Usually I play badminton or other videos of interest on KZbin and work by watching them. In this case, it will take about 22 to 25 minutes. :)

What is the benefit and loss of this stringing style?
@BG4YOU4 жыл бұрын
I think there is no loss. The benefit is that the hitting area is a bit wider. It is advantageous when defending. It's a personal idea.^^

2 knot with 29lbs and above string, will cause broken on the raquet?
@BG4YOU3 жыл бұрын
No. There is no need to worry. Badminton rackets are much stronger than you usually think. And it has nothing to do with the number of knots. See the video below. Thanks ~~ :D kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZa8dpKZrJWWb6s

2knot will mke your frame not stable. Its totally wrong way.
@BG4YOU3 жыл бұрын
@Azam Aqi, “Tai Tzu Ying” uses 2 knots. And GOSEN's "Haribito" pattern is also 2 notes. If you work the main string from the center of the racket, the number of knots does not matter.
@beck37402 жыл бұрын
@@BG4YOU that's true since mostly/average sport stores in urban areas don't start from the center.
