Across the street from Taichung Civic Square was Park Lane which had all kinds of stalls set up from food to hand-made crafts and live performances. We tried a few different snacks we've never seen before and enjoyed the talented performers. We then continued to Fongle Sculpture Park and where the animals outshines the sculptures.
