My Taigun 1.5 DSG GT Plus delivered on 28-Dec-2022. For the last two weeks i am getting 16-20 KM/l mileage combined. Its all about driving skill in traffic and on highways. I drive very gently and most of the time my car runs on 2 cylinders only. Great looks and feel. Love this CAAAAR..💯❤‍🔥❤‍🔥

I have a Octavia 2022, 2.0 TSI. My average in Bangalore traffic is 11-12 and highway it is 16-18. There is learning curve to drive a TSI engine, which you are now learning.

You can use normal petrol also, mileage will increase as you drive more

Fill 36 psi in all tyres and use Indian oil XP95 petrol. See the mileage improve. Don't fill shell, their v power is also 91octane with just additives.

Sir, Good evening, Today i hv visited VW for1.0 L MT without sunroof model. Is it a reliable car for long term 10 - 15 yrs.? If I keep rpm around 2000 , then shall i get 10 - 12 km/L in city? I bought Taigun 1.0 TopLine AT. Cons: 1)fit and finish is a bit not uptomark.( example- u can see nuts and bolts of sunroof) but interior really looks pleasing. it only when u closely notice the plastic looks cheap. 2) sometimes u will feel the turbo lag. a delayed pull. 3) small bumps in road can be easily felt due to the tyre profile and little amount of stiffer suspension.( by small bumps I mean very tiny bumps) kind of gives u vibrating feel 4)No 360 camera Pros: 1)Excellent build quality 2)Amazing power ( u can almost keep up with every car u see on road) 3)Never aging design 4)good set of speakers 5) confidence yielding drive IN conclusion I really love the car. I chose this car over creta, Astor, Seltos.

Don’t worry you don’t need 1.5. I have already made 4-5 trips which include Highways and Hills. Taigun performed well no issues, we were 3 persons along with luggage. You actually don’t need Sports mode, but yes if you required you can always deploy

U will feel turbo lag. it won't affect any practical usecases. but sometimes its annoying. the quick pull is delayed.

Bhai, aapki aur meri kahani kuch cheezon mein similar hai. I had a Punto diesel base for 9 years. It was a beauty. Sirf service ke time depression ho jaata tha. Har baari pichla service centre band ho chuka hota tha aur har baar jhagda hota tha. 15000 se kam ka bill nahin banta tha. Lekin I was in love with my car. Akhir mein Landmark dealer bana gya aur usne saari hadein paar kar di loot ki. Punto ne kabhi koi major fault nahin diya. 9 saal mein do baar combination switch badla, ek baar driver side ki window roll ki motor badli, do baar wiper. Aur kuchh nahin! Uske baad mein pareshan hua ki ab kaun si gaadi li jaye jo mere budget mein bhi ho aur feel Punto jaisi ho. Pehle hamesha maruti ki gaadi chalayi thi lekin Punto ne e,petitions badal di thi. Mein settle hua VW ki Ameo diesel base par. Is gaadi mein woh sab hai Jo Punto mein tha. Iski feel Punto se bhi kabhi achhi lagti hai. Low rpm par fifth gear mein aa jaati hai aur pickup to poocho nahin. Average city mein 14 aur highway par 26. Punto used to give me citi 13, highway mein wahi 26. Paanch saal ho gye Ameo chalaate aur 1 paise ka kharcha nahin. Service iski bhi bot mehngi hai, ab to baahr se karwa leta hoon full synthetic oil le kar. Ab phir se Gaadi badalne ka plan hai aur is baar samasya bot badi hai. 15 saal diesel chalaa kar petrol samajh mein nahin aa rahi. Diesel ki gaadi european manufacturers ne banaani band Kar di hai. Slavia par dil aaya hua hai lekin try nahin li hai. Sadak par har gaadi ko dekhta hoon aur analyse karta hoon😊 gaadi 6 months mein loonga lekin is baar koi raasta samajh nahin aata. Petrol mein diesel ki feel aur economy milegi ya nahin. I have never bought a top model lekin is baar top model lene ka programme hai. Feel mujhe diesel ki milegi kisi gaadi mein, torque diesel type milega? Ab aadat si ho gy Punto ke baad thoda accelerator dabaao aur phir thodi der chorr do...momentum banaa rehta hai diesel mein. Diesel gaadi se zyada leisure koi aur nahin de sakti, mere yeh maan na hai. Mujhe gaadi chalaana sikhaaya hi Punto ne hai. Gentle and slow...Uske pehle to mein bhi maruti ki caron ko bike ke maafiq chalaata tha😂 Koi aapke hisaab se mere layak ho to bataayein. Aap meri duvidha aur expectation samajh sakte hai...kyoki aap bhi meri tarha Punto waale hain.😊 Kuch aur nahin to chalo Italy, Fiat ko waapas laate hain❤

Hahaha punto was very solid, but abh diesel ah nahi rahi, going the vw skoda route aur 1L ya 1.5L slavia/ kushaq/ virtus/ taigun koi bhi lelo same hi engine hai. Mileage toh 10-12 delhi mein aur highway pe 16-18 tak de hi degi thode time baad. Woh low rpm pe thoda sa accelerate karke bhagne wali feeling full hai kyunki torque converter hai. Inme se hi I guess is the best choice for your situation and needs. And thank you itna well thought and written comment ke liye ❤️

भाई जी। मुझे ये गाड़ी लिए एक महीना हुआ है एवरेज केवल सात का दे रही है 1600 किलोमीटर में 17000 का पेट्रोल भरवा चुका हूं। आपकी भी ऑटोमैटिक है क्या इसके स्टीरिंग के नीचे से kat kat की आवाज आती है क्या। पहले vw वालों ने कहा कि इसमें स्टीरिंग रैक की आवाज है और हम इसे बदल देंगे। लेकिन ऐसा कहना है इनका की रैक लगाने के बाद भी इसी ही आवाज है। मैने इनकी दूसरी ऑटोमैटिक गाड़ी चलाई उसमे भी ऐसी ही आवाज आ रही है। लेकिन मुझे अपनी में ज्यादा लगती है। Vw वाले कह रहे कि ये ऑपरेशनल आवाज है।

Mileage city mein aajkal kam deri hai, 7-8 bumper to bumper nahi toh 11 tak nikal deti hai, baaki 5k km baad better hojaegi aapki. Brake noise toh rahegi woh solve nahi ho sakti, aadat pad jaati hai uski

we all know everyone is now wanted to be ayoutube star...but i feel nobody can beat ciaz..in terms of mileage and comfort..forgetting some issues which are born by default if its maruti..... Given the german poweress they should have tested it for indian conditions well beffore throwing this on cosumers...i guess eventually they learned their lesson really hard way..when people started dumping them....and they were forced to exit...but they should take indian people seriously and give them a long-life tension free products , no frills but a longlasting wonderfull driving pleasure to cruise along both city traffic and highway.....which the honda city has been battle tested for so long
