i think he means more hand to hand combat/taijutsu (or at least normal ninjutsu) fights instead of this overpowered "laser beam" shit they brought up more and more in shippuuden. sakura vs sasori was a real fight! but as i said, this overpowered susanoo/chidori/rasengan/bijuu fights at the end are bullshit.

hey, I think ur just the person to help me skip eps in Naruto shippuden I wouldn't like, I've been searching for so long I value fights over all else, n there r some fights in naruto I just can't stand, like ones that break into flashbacks where they're not fighitng and the flashback takes over %50 of the fight. or when it's mostly long range jutsu. or when the only melee combat in it has such a tiny framerate. u already know u don't have to do this, but I hope u will. Can u list the eps after where I am with a fight that's up my ally? (if there r multiple fights in an episode and more than half of them aren't up my ally then don't include it) they don't have to have this mindblowing animation that all the ones in here have, I already have a list of eps with great animation

Jay Girgis Well this is a hard one to make but if you can. just watch the episodes of these directors on Naruto. You can search their episodes on Anime News Network. These list of directors who make good to incredible episodes of Naruto are probably the ones you should watch. It includes action,non action and fillers.. Atsushi Wakabayashi Toshiyuki Tsuru Hiroyuki Yamashita Masahiko Murata Atsushi Nigorikawa Gorou Sessha Kazunori Mizuno Masaaki Kumagai Chikara Sakurai Yoshihiro Sugai Ken'ichi Nishida Hayato Date (The Series Director) Yuu Yamashita Some of them even worked as Animation Supervisor or Storyboard work so looked up to them

Here's a quick answer: Animation production is a long procedure so you need a lot of staffs to handle it for a professional company. An episode took about 1-2 months to make, and that was average quality. Good quality took time and experience/talent so episodes like #133 Naruto vs Sasuke took about 5-7 months to produce and it only had 5 veteran key animators, so imagine 1 .. of course there's in-between.
