Tail Glow Manaphy Is A Monster IN UU!! Why Does Nobody Use It!??

I try out Tail Glow Manaphy in the Underused Tier
Despite receiving no nerfs and with the buff of being able to Terastallize Manaphy found itself in the Rarely Used Tier of generation 9, After being banned it resides in the limbo of RUBL where it is to good for RU but nobody wants to use it in UU
I Prove that Tail Glow and Take Heart Manaphy are a force to be reckoned with while I attempt to reclimb the Gen 9 UU ladder

The Keldeo Doesn't need Airslash with Specs, Doesn't hit any valuable Targets for an OHKO then they can calculate you are specs and then play appropriately rather flip turn for momentum You have Hoopa but not much to pivot it in. Very Difficult Pokemon to get in safely due to it being weak to U-Turn and vunerable to lokix. Flip turn would help. Boots on the Mamoswine with Tera Grass Preferably, You have a sash to get rocks but nothing abuses the rocks and sets up. Rather Trail blaze over rocks and put rocks on the Excadrill, Excadrill can become tera Ghost, Drop the SD for Stealth Rocks Are a few tips. What is the team plan? nothing is to fast or to strong or to consistant.
