Tailgate protection review. Is it worth it?

This video details a tailgate / trunk protector installation, the intent is to protect the boot (trunk) of your vehicle from damage. I’m satisfied the product I purchased will do that.
The vehicle is a 2021 Toyota Prado Kakadu but the general steps and product experience would apply to any similar installation.
