I've been watching your videos since April of this year, wow ! It's made a noticeable difference for me! My Alt ,that I don't use very much, started with 44k. I've been doing mostly the shuffles you talk about. Started out with a low quantity of materials and then quickly realized how profitable it was. I've started to do more bigger shuffles and realized that the profit margin still stays the same :) As of today my Alt now has 260k! I know most of it was from the techniques that you teach. On my realm (Azjol-Nerub, EU), the economy is all kinds of messed up atm. Crafted goods sell so low it's a loss for most things, but at the same time reagents don't sell for that much either. It's all just extremely weird/broken.

The key really is just time, in order to accrue the knowledge you need. Get alt to 70, collect all one time points, then every week spend 10min getting profession point until it’s all maxed out. Then you can start making gold.

not sure if you mentioned this, but the "getting a new stack on the craft" is also weird in DF, the time you get new stacks isint linked to the daily reset with DF crafts, its from the moment you LEARNED the first daily craft from DF as someone with 60 toons with 2 dailys on each this is a huge pain because the stack generation time is all over the place, i cant expect to log on and have 4 stacks ready after 2 and a half days its 3 on some 5 on others 4 on most, it makes it super hard to buy the right amount of mats D: i wonder why they chose to do it like this and not with daily cooldown like other expansions

By the time anyone make an alt army the profit on this will prob have already tanked , watch out on what you invest your time, maybe an alt army for season 3 start is worth, cause crafting will spike again, right now i wouldnt do it.

If you have a "main" tailor with bag recipes you can send the rank 1 bolts from fresh alts to them to make the azureweave bags (which also have about a 50% profit margin).

No, it usually isn't. Bags rarely sell EVEN on mid pop realms. Im on a "high realm" Sylvanas EU and BARELY sell 1-2 bags a day. It all depends on your realm. Dont put all eggs in one basket.

I had a tailor with 180 unspent knowledge points so I leveled it to 100 skills with fishing caps and spend my points as you suggested. My Azureweave counter was showing 30 available crafts so I bought all the mats and went to Azure Span where I successfully crafted my first...and only bolt because I can't make a second one for 7 hours :( What happened to my 29 remaining charges ???

When you learn the recipe for the first time, you only have one charge regardless of what the UI tells you. You have to build up the rest of them

Not playing and sadly don't fully grasp this, you fill out all sections when you have points or do you never get enough points? You have to pick a section and fill it out, then use an alt for another line? When I played you could make Mooncloth/Spellcloth/Shadowcloth if my memory works, so now you have to pick one line?

One toon can have both cooldowns, it just takes a lot more points/time to unlock

You get 1 every few hours, it’s normal to only craft one if you just learned the recipe

This might be anecdotal only, but I have an alt I just started as a second transmuter. My main one had 3 available transmutes today and after buying the recipe for the second one, she only had seven though I was expecting ten for her to start. And before I spent more gold on upgrading my multicraft tool I thought I'd best ask. Also I notice that transmute CD is across the board and applies against the entire transmute family and I was wondering if the CD on the cloths was the same or applies to each cloth type individually.

@@Penguinr2gt ok let me get this straight - cause what I really want to know, is the CD on the transmute shared by toons on your account, or could i have six alchemists each with 10 CDs or is the CD timer for transmutes just one that covers all the toons one has? God I hope that question doesn't confuse you. 3 toons, X, Y, Z = 30 CDs (10 each) or is there one CD for all 3 (X,Y, Z = 10 CDs). Hopefully that will make clear my question. Thanks

All transmutes are character specific. So if you have 3 alchemists with 10 charges each, that’s a total of 30 transmutes you can do, they are not shared across account. In terms of per character, alchemy transmutes are shared across recipes. For example, if you do the awakened Fire transmute, that will take away from you being able to do an awakened air transmute. Cloth cooldowns do not act like this. Chronocloth and Azureweave are on their own separate timers/cooldowns

Definitely. Cooldowns are limited so you are at the mercy of how many toons you have in terms of how many bolts you can make. If none of those Alts have professions, these tailoring cooldowns + dracothyst cooldown from alchemy would be great

@The Gaming Paladin Agreed. I have like 18 tailors and it takes like 2hrs every day to craft 30 bolts on each char. Than more hours were spent getting character setup (2hrs or so per char), weekly knowledge points (another 2 hours for all characters), etc. It was great profit for awhile, but now it's hard to even sell that many without posting throughout the day. I don't think iit's a very great time investment, and it's not really passive either since the crafts are locked to locations, so even using efficient hearths and whatnot make it a pain.

Quantity has surged. I posted a bunch yesterday and none sold and price has dropped 200g. Don't have a ton of faith this will stick. Unless you've already got cooldown tailors setup I don't think this will be worth it, this late in the game.

Materials have a lot of sellers due to it being a region wide commodity, make sure you either post in small batches or keep up to date with cancelling to make sure you get a sale. For example, the batch I posted in this video didn’t sell with that post, but after recording I canceled them and reposted and they sold. You can also turn them into bags (or whatever other item you want) and make even more gold if the market is too competitive for your liking

How are you able to make 30 at once? I'm a bit new at this but mine said 10/10 azureweave bolts available to craft, but I only made one and it stopped me and says I have to wait 16 hours

When you first learn the recipe, you can only craft one and you’ll regain one every 8-16 hrs depending on your specialization. So in order to max out, you just have to wait

Prices back down to 900g in a couple of days. Barely worth doing yet again. Either the exploit is back AGAIN. Or exploiters never got perma banned and have stockpilled in the thousands. Similar to Enchant r3's. It's a shame really. Expecting a tripple A game to not be ridden with exploits/bugs, but hey small indie company

Everytime a large group of people start doing something, prices go down due to the increased supply, it’s inevitable. It’s up to you to decide if the current profit is worth it for you, I would happily still sell bolts at 900g a piece, but you might not

Cloth is region wide and material prices move all the time. There’s also likely a lot of people getting back into these markets. Keep checking back at prices to find good times to craft and it may not be as profitable as before, for example it may be only 400g profit compared to 800g (random numbers) but it’s still decent profit!
