1: Have you tried out all of Sonic's forms? Assuming this is the Andrew55 Sonic (All Forms) he made for MUGEN, he should have 8 forms including Base, 6 Level 1s per form done with Fireball Forward or Back + An attack button, a Level 3 done with crouching Strong/C/the projectile attack button, and Base, Super, Hyper, and Ultra have Ultimates done with Double Fireball Forward and either A+B or B+C (don't remember which), Hyper and Ultra's Ultimates require you do be at half health or lower, but they Instant Kill. 2: To answer your question, Either Amy or Elise, and while I'd love to say Elise definitively, Amy is far more prominent than that one-off, making her capable of being a far greater annoyance than Princess Beastiality, what with her fangirling towards Sonic that turned kinda psychotic during the 4Kids Era.

Who is the worst sonic character is a way more loaded question when you realize there are several hundred canon characters and way more of a headache when you factor in the possibility of including stuff like the original Archie comics. Side note according to reddit? It's Ken Penders, who is not an actual character but is in fact a writer that sued the makers of the Archie comics after he left the company saying they didn't have the right to use the characters he made for the comic books, while legally he was in the wrong they ended the entire series just to make him fuck off. So if you ever wonder where Sally Acron went, he killed her with legal bullshit. Runner up is Elise.

The worst sonic character ever? Classic Sonic in Forces. Completely useless and just removes Tails as his own character [Ok, not *completely* useless, however their involvement might as well just be a blue reskin of Tails due to them both sharing important scenes for the story. It is easy to involve them without changing Tails to an absolute coward!]

Yeah, the infamous kissing scene is there that everyone complains about, but it's supposed to be the true loves kiss will bring them back, and thinking about it, Sonic and his friends are more or less a race of animal people and not really animals. The real main problem is that someone outed themself as a furry at SEGA, in the most awkward way possible. If we really get into her character, she isn't bad, but not utilized well, and forced to be a love interest, which sucks.
