One thing i can say is that Tails is still controlling the form pretty good.....just not perfectly(Which you can't expect him to do right away). I mean, everytime he goes Dark, he doesn't go on an outrage to destroy everything(he did a little bit at the start in his lab but not after that). What i'm saying is that he has good control over his ACTIONS in the dark form. Now all he needs is to control so he can willingly transform and detransform whenever he wants. Which he can only learn through time.

I do remember that Rouge also has a dark form and it came out a couple times before. Now that I remember it, even Silver had a dark form.
