the controls (according to the version i have) are wasd to move, space to jump, enter to pause, left mouse to crouch (when crouching and hit space a bunch you should be able to do a spin dash), right mouse is the super peelout, and if you hit middle mouse that toggles the camera control and when you control the camera with the mouse it actually controls sonics direction so you just have to hold down the forward button and move the camera. The controls also show an xbox controller and i haven't tried to play the game with a controller so i have no clue if you need an xbox controller specifically or if you can use any controller, but the controls say the left stick is to move, right stick camera, A to jump, it says B to do the peelout but since its just pointing vaguely there in the controls image it may be the right trigger, to crouch is also part of the right triggers (so if you do get a controller to work should probably test that those two out to see which is which), and the start button to pause. hopefully this helps.
