Pakistan has the capability to make an ICBM. I disagree that ICBM technology is too complex in today's context. Basic reentry vehicle can be heat-shielded by ceramic wrappings...1960s tactics but still quite effective. Range can be increased by just adding rocket-motor stages... Guidance and navigation are real challenges, but China is always ready to help😅

When Pakistan tested Shaheen III general Chishti was invited by IISS. He was repeatedly asked about Shaheen III range. People who were asking this question were hardcore professional general Chishti was hard pressed at the end he had to deflect question harshly when I said it is 2750 it is 2750. This indicated that those professionals also doubted Shaheen III range is more than stated and 2750 is declared to ward off any protest from west.
