Spend the money on something that helps people before we mess around and either accidentally or some puffed up dictator sets the world ablaze on purpose. You should be very very scared of an accidental launch because machines malfunction, missile crews make mistakes and leaders make poor decisions. Perhaps once upon a time when there were less than a handful of nuclear powers the Mutal Assurd Destruction (MAD) strategy made sense, but now non nuclear countries feel they need nukes to keep the big boys from bullying them around. Proxy wars are terrible and kill hundreds of thousands every year but nuclear wars will be a thousand of times worse.

Just who are these missiles supposed to be used against, practically? Answer is, they cannot be used against anyone in a practical sense. It is time now for the world's nuclear powers to take steps toward nuclear disarmament rather than perpetuating the danger of nuclear weapons use. Problem is how to establish and put together some sort of mechanism to initiate and enforce de-weaponization at the nuclear level. I think the ultimate answer would be development of some sort of global AI robotic force which would have the ability to destroy any country that initiated a nuclear launch, without hesitation, reacting instantaneously, perhaps with some sort of directed-energy weapon. (Yes, like the robot Gort from the movie 'The Day The Earth Stood Still'). Who throws the first punch, dies. Like Klatuu said in the film, "The consequences of provoking their action are too terrible to contemplate". Just like the consequences of firing off missiles like these.

When you say india has done the calculations for Agni 6,i can guarantee you we are just waiting for nod from prime minister to make it public and it's already been tested and ready to be deployed. India has never attacked first, but will turn anything to ashes if provoked. The actual range of Agni 6 is way more than 16000 km. You need to research on India's Kali. You will know what we are capable of and what we are doing
