@Yakez42 I was inspired by your stackable blueprints to make a set of 16 stackable blueprints that provide recyclable nuclear power from ore, water, oil, and nitrogen gas. Amazing work once again. You have been a enormous inspiration for my own playthrough. I am also trying to see how far you can go with the blueeprints. I am at the moment trying to make space elevator parts blue prints. Would be awesome to see your take on this idea

Tyty! In general I think I went a bit to big with my first attempt on elevator prints. 270 Smart Plates, 270 Framework, 135 Autowire and then when it came to more advanced elevator parts I fell a bit short with some later parts, but with excess of earlier parts. It always great to start from the most late game elevator parts and work all the way down if you want to hit good ratios with each part, and after that design blueprints accordingly. Also I am in this stage where I just want to redo all my earlier blueprints since I learned so much making them! Omnidirectional things are kind of cool and useful. Also if I will use ingot smelting blueprint as the base for everything, then I can do way more on every stage... If only blueprint videos were popular on YT...

Why not put the coal generators on top instead of bottom to help with hitbox inconvenience

The coal Generator blueprint sits fine on top of the miner cover blueprint but the universal aluminum factory blueprint will not attach on top of the coal generators, says object in the way, it appears it will not sit on the smoke stacks of the coal generators. my only fix was to delete the coal generators and reattach inside after first aluminum factory placed on top. any chance you can take a look at that?

Use blueprint build mode. Coal generator have 36 meters of hitbox, while blueprints are 32. There would be a gap that need to be covered. Also this is mentioned in the video ;-)

hi there, I really can't find out what I'm doing wrong. I have placed the miner, placed the Miner Cover, then the Byproduct Gens Aluminum and now I want to place the 150 Aluminum Ingots Universal, but the game says "overlapping another object's clearance, clipping my occur" and "Ëncroaching another object's clearance", so I cant place.. What am I doing wrong? There is nothing else in the vicinity.

Coal generator hitbox is bigger than blueprint. To place next blueprint on top of coal generator blueprint you need to be in blueprint snap mode when building. It is toggled by R key.

I would take a solid try on that! But this would be way later. Only reached aluminum with my blueprint only factory playthroughs.

@Taipei What is the color of the walls on the miner cover. I had to removed for a temporary connect and now can't get the color right. I like the color so don't really want to change it and it's not in the color file that's included.
