I think I would love the peanut ice cream tortilla desert thing! Supporting the local mom and pop restaurants is so important as we travel! As I plan out my travel, I research the local cafes, deli’s, bakeries, and pizzerias so I can have a local experience.

And for the most part, they take better care of their customers because they’re not driven by corporate greed. But also, just the human interaction and sometimes just talking to them is part of the experience!
