Fact: C301s (this train type) actually have different floorings. Some (I only know 021-022 & 025-026 have) actually have floorings that have wooden, polished floorings. The other ones (like this set) have old, dated floorings with dots in them.

Yeah. They try to use the original dialect (Taiwanese) to represent that district, but actually, the spelling should be "Tamtsui". I have no idea why they use "Taisui" instead, which doesn't even sound like Taiwanese or Mandarin.
