Xiao ruan is good to play some pop songs. The strings of xiao ruan are not as sharp as those of liuqin. 小阮拿來演奏一些流行歌挺好的。小阮的弦不會像柳琴的那麼割手。 👍

This is a great point. Liuqin has a much more shrill/ sharp sound to the high notes. (ruans also my favorite instrument and was my major from elementary to university)

The Chinese Ruan a.k.a. the moon guitar is beautiful in its own right. It usually serves as background accompaniment but capable of solo pieces.

@Nini Music I always will love the absolute Original Natural sound of the Pipa, it cannot get any better than this. Although they don't use Horse hair for the strings anymore. but other than that it sounds Peacefully Awesome. Not saying (Nini) I don't like your Electric Music compositions, they're great. For me personally nothing beats the traditional raw sound being one with nature. Could you tell me what is the Tune you are playing here. It's so Bodaciously Tranquil 🌱🙏 Keep Doing Your Best 🤜🤛
