Taiwanese lawmakers shouted each other down in an unruly parliamentary session a day after President Lai Ching-te’s inauguration. Lawmakers jostled, unfurled banners and shouted at each other as the opposition tried to push through a bill that widens parliament oversight.
While Lai won the presidential elections in January his Democratic Progressive Party lost its majority and now faces an opposition alliance.
Taiwan’s main opposition parties have joined hands to back reforms that give parliament greater scrutiny over the government. One of the bills proposes to punish officials considered in contempt of the parliament. The KMT has proposed granting the legislature "investigative rights" beyond its current right to access official documents.

Opposition against separation from the mainland is majority. Why is America inciting Taiwan to push for independence when the people are inclined in reunification?

Without 2/3 majority in Parliament , President just a Lame-duck , need brawling just to pass a bill.

Not really. This just means both the Parliament and the President need to work together in order for the government to achieve something for the people. The President has the powers to dissolve the Legislative Yuan if the appointed Premier requests to do so. If the President party has the majority, expect a rushed bill, even unpopular bills, to get through without accountability and review.

Taiwan is NOT a country. Go Google the difference between De Facto Sovereignty vs De Jure Sovereignty, a state is self governed doesnt make it fully sovereign, to be a fully independent country you need to be fully sovereign, meaning having both De Facto and De Jure Sovereignty, which Taiwan does not. Go learn some international laws, you don't just go around and making countries because you feel like it.

China doesn’t have any official relations with any country that treats Taiwan as a country. Meaning the US, India and Japan take China seriously enough that they don’t have any official ties with Taiwan. A random person on KZbin can’t say Taiwan is a country and expect it to have any impact on Taiwan’s status on the world stage.

The Chinese believe that the best way to win a war is without fighting. If you have to fight, it means you're not a good general. For to win one hundred victories is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill." This does not mean that the Chinese are incapable of fighting wars. One harsh fact needs to be spelled out clearly here. In recent decades, America's first option when confronted with a strategic challenge has been to use a military option. The Chinese avoid military options, as Henry Kissinger explained:
