台鐵真的是物美價廉，而且比我在義大利時坐的火車還要乾淨多了， 有一次在佛羅倫斯遇到火車臨時換月台，還好當地人好心拉著我跑， 差一點搭不上那班車，因為他們是臨時才廣播，而且也不是講英文！😭 路易斯老師越看越不像外國人，感覺越來越像臺灣人了，謝謝分享！👍😀🙏

台灣的 高速鐵路 2007年 元月 才 開始的，有效的疏導交通人潮，在 那之前，就是 台鐵 自強號了，假日 假期時候，總是 爆滿的，另一種 選擇，就是 高速公路上的 長程交通車了 !! 再搭配，市區的 捷運系統，市區公車系統，公共腳踏車系統 !! 有效率的疏通人潮， 老人化 少子化了，除非 外來的 觀光客 或是 外勞人口..台灣人口 會是 慢慢降低了 !!

Well Lewis I bet their train system is no where near, efficient and value for money than our good old British train system. I mean how can you complain when at least one train a day turns up on time & a return ticket from Worcester to Leeds was a mere £187 cattle class. Cheap or what?. The Japanese bullet train ain’t got nothing on our 40 year old dirty, smelly diesel powered trains. Yep god bless the British railways, envy of the world🙄😂

Isn't it costly and inefficient to maintain 2 set of tracks for normal and high speed train? It would be nice if they plant more trees and bushes beside the tracks to give it a more pleasant feelings. I hate to see barren land with trees or nature.
