My favorite video of yours so far! Best food of 雞籠, according to my native father, is 廟口田不辣。 Family legend claims 天母 started as 聽無。 I thought 艋舺 is a homophone of 蚊咬。 Last time I flew to 桃園機場 from Chicago O’Hare, Coded ORD because it was once a peach orchard, so I flew from one orchard to another.

So my friend tells me 天母 name came as result of foreigners asking locals what the place is called, and locals can't understand them and replies "tiah-buh" (聽不懂). So the foreigners start calling the place 天母. Probably not a true story, but I found that amusingly plausible.
