TAIWANESE XXL CHICKEN | BEST STREET FOOD |Jipai 雞排 | Best Fried Chicken [WINGTING’S KITCHEN]

This is one of my favourite street food!! It is the best street food! The Taiwanese XXL chicken also known as Jipai 雞排. Its fried chicken breast but is juicy and tender. It is seasoned with spices on top and smells so good!
Since I wont’t be going to Taiwan or even to China town anytime soon I thought I will make this at home.
Surprisingly easier to make then you think, so give it a try and you won’t regret it!

Hi, the 5 spices are cinnamon, star anise, Szechaun peppercorns, fennel and cloves. You can make it yourself but if you have an Asian store close by you can get a pack of already made 5 spice and depending on where you live some bigger supermarket will stock it as well.
