盡量挑選裝瓶三年以上的高粱酒;選擇凍飲會更順口也更順喉。喝的時候一口吞下,減少酒體在口腔內停留的時間,會慢慢體會到高粱的魅力。如果還是覺得太強烈,也許38度的金門高粱是更適合的入門選項。東引、馬祖也有陳年高粱(42度~45度),也值得嚐嚐。 調酒的話,個人嘗試過加養樂多,這也是金門人推薦的喝法之一,下次可以試試看。 Enjoy the spirit!
I had a few bottles of very old Kaoliang that my late grandpa gave me, shared with a number of friends in UK but they didn’t like it 😅 sometimes it’s not how good something tastes it’s the memories attached to it. I hope Taiwan gave you guys good experiences and hope your dad enjoys the time in Taiwan, it’s a weird and wonderful place😁
Kaoliang wine can be kept in the freezer for more than a day, and the taste is very different from that of the unfrozen one. If you want to pair it with other drinks, you can try honey lemonade or passion fruit juice!
