The gy51e open slot headstock has a clearer more open tone. The other two seem a bit choked. If you haven’t played a classical headstock style guitar you’re in for a sonic treat. Nice job Nick! The Cordoba classical guitar 55FCE negra limited is a mighty nice series as well. Easy to play, wider neck and “open headstock”.

Which strings and gauge are you using? Looks like this is more for a finger picker vs a Strummer

I bought a sunburst 51e just the other day. It sounds amazing strumming open chords or finger picking.

GY11 is not solid wood its all laminated
